Dr. Michael Dachowski is Board Certified by the American Board
of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Because of surgical and anesthetic treatment, we recommend that
our patients be seen before the actual surgery for a consultation
to explain and discuss the surgery and anesthesia options.
Office Hours and Appointments
We see all of our patients by appointment. Routine office hours
are 8:00 - 4:00, Monday through Friday and specific evenings. We
will do everything possible to accomodate your schedule. There is
a 24 hour a day answering service.
Emergency patients will be worked into our schedule as soon as
possible, and since this sometimes causes appointment delays, we
ask for your understanding, as we will do the same for you should
the need arise.
If you can not keep a scheduled appointment, please notify our
office immediately, at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy on
your part allows us to give the appointment to another person who
desires to see the doctor.
Hospital outpatient and inpatient services and care are
conveniently available.
Fasting:
Patients scheduled for intravenous sedation and anesthesia are
quired to fast at least 6 hours prior to their scheduled surgery.
There may be exceptions to these directions in the case of
diabetic and pediatric patients. If you have a question, ask the
doctor.
Contact Lenses:
Patients with contact lenses are requested to remove them prior
to any general anesthesia or sedation.
Driving:
Any patient requiring intravenous sedation or
anesthesia, or gas must have a responsible driver present
at the office, prior to the start of the procedure.
Feel free to call the office should any question or concern
arise regarding your care!
Again, Welcome!
